[MlMt] Mails in dovecot virtual folders do not show up

Hmm, that's very strange. Usually any problems would mean that they did 
not show up. If MailMate know they exist then I don't see why messages 
would not be fetched.

Check that the mailboxes are not greyed out with some error under 
SOURCES in the mailbox outline. Also make sure that the account is fully 
synchronized, that is, there are no persistent spinners in the mailbox 
outline.

Sounds like we have to debug the issue. We'll take it off list and start 
with the empty folders. Do as follows:

* Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0). This enables logging.
* Select one of the empty mailboxes.
* Take it offline and then online again using the Mailbox menu.
* Wait for the spinner next to the mailbox to stop.
* Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.

To make sure we are not debugging any resolved issues then please also 
update to the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check 
Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
