In my case:
1. Smart Mailbox, “Auto-ex Junk A”: Select 3 accounts, Junk
Folder(s), Condition = Date more than 2 DAYS, Actions: expunge
(Delete).
2. Smart Mailbox, “Auto-exJunk B”: Selects 6 accounts, Junk Folders,
Condition = Date > 30 DAYS. Action: expunge (Delete).
3. Smart Mailbox, “Auto-ex Deleted A”: Selects 3 accounts, Deleted
Folder(s), Conditions = Date > 2 DAYS, Action: Expunge (Delete).
4. Smart Mailbox. Auto-expunge Deleted B”: Selects 6 accounts, Deleted
Messages. Conditions: = Date > 30days. Actions: expunge (Delete).
I will first select the parameters in eachSmart Mailbox, then if it’s
looking good, go in and perform the actions so it filters from then on
at the Server machine.
Respectfully,
