<li>Smart Mailbox, “Auto-exJunk B”: Selects 6 accounts, Junk Folders, Condition = Date > 30 DAYS. Action: expunge (Delete).</li>
<li>Smart Mailbox, “Auto-ex Deleted A”: Selects 3 accounts, Deleted Folder(s), Conditions = Date > 2 DAYS, Action: Expunge (Delete).</li>
<li>Smart Mailbox. Auto-expunge Deleted B”: Selects 6 accounts, Deleted Messages. Conditions: = Date > 30days. Actions: expunge (Delete).</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">I will first select the parameters in eachSmart Mailbox, then if it’s looking good, go in and perform the actions so it filters from then on at the Server machine.</p>

<p dir="auto">You can. If you want different expiration periods per source mailbox, it'll be easier to have different virtual mailboxes (perhaps one per time period).</p>
<p dir="auto">Each of my auto-expunge virtual mailboxes has a mailbox condition that selects the messages to which it applies, and a few rules that do the actual deletion if the message is older than a certain amount (in my case, partially determined by tag).</p>
