[MlMt] Can't send email from one of my Google Apps accounts "Pending submission"

Do you get any error messages at all when trying to send?

Try this:

* Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0). This enables logging.
* Attempt to send a message using the account.
* Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.

Then I'll see if anything happens at all.

You can also send me your account settings via “Help ▸ Send Feedback” if you locate these files:

	/Users/<username/Library/Application Support/Sources.plist
	/Users/<username/Library/Application Support/Submission.plist
	/Users/<username/Library/Application Support/Identities.plist
