[MlMt] Send and Archive

I wanted to know if MailMate has a “Send and Archive” button. I saw 
a thread on the mailing list form 2017 and someone suggested you could 
add it to the tool bar, but I don’t see it anymore.

Is this feature still available? I’ve even tried the Gmail keyboard 
command to no avail.
