[MlMt] Matching on attachment names

I can confirm that setting the `Attachment-Name` condition didn't work 
for me either (on the latest MailMate 2.0BETA - 6050).

But setting the `Filename` condition did. e.g., Filename > contains > 
jpg.

Does that do what you need?

(even if it does, it doesn't explain why `Attachment-Name` doesn't, or 
what it's supposed to do if not that).
