[MlMt] Smart Mailboxes and Rules

I can confirm that rules should be applied automatically to incoming 
messages. If that does not happen then it's a bug. One way to easily 
re-test on an incoming message is to use “Message > Reset...”. This 
will make MailMate forget it and shortly after it'll be refetched from 
the server as if it was new and this should trigger any relevant rules 
in both regular mailboxes and smart mailboxes.

Write me via “Help > Send Feedback” if you have a reproducible 
issue. Maybe also try the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when 
clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update settings pane.

I'll need the following file and an example email:
