[MlMt] Mailto not defaulting to Markdown

Yes, this is because arbitrary `mailto:` links cannot be expected to 
include valid Markdown body text. It does work if triggering `mailto:` 
via AppleScript or the `emate` command (where MailMate knows you control 
the body text).

I haven't added an option for this, but I don't think it happens unless 
there's an actual body text provided in the `mailto:` link, but I might 
be wrong.
