[MlMt] server is lost; disconnects; fails

hello again.  Yes I did quit the list, but signed back up because I found the issue and did not want to leave the issue hanging.  

This took me forever to figure out, but setting up IMAP on port 993 with TLS/SSL will continually drop the connection, if it ever connects in the first place. DH  (Dreamhost) uses STARTTLS, and setting the port to 993 forces the client to start connecting in encrypted mode. So to begin a connection one needs to choose port 143 instead. That will instigate a negotiation through to STARTTLS, as the DH wiki notes. The DH main email documentation says that the correct setting is 993. That setting will FAIL . For email to connect the correct setting is incoming IMAP on port 143 with Use TLS/SSL checked.
