[MlMt] Creating rules - cannot get mail sorted to smart mailboxes

Glenn,
Thanks.
The issues is if I go to a rule or create a new one, the + and - buttons
do not work, so I cannot add conditions or actions.
All I am trying to do is have a SmartMailbox for unread messages and
others where I send specific emails to for sorting.
I had it working fine a while ago but now I can’t get it to work.
