[MlMt] Force display of mails as text/markdown

Moin yours,

I am in several Discourse groups (mainly Nix/NixOS related). There you 
can set that you can participate with a mail client. They send 
markdown-formatted mails, but unfortunately the mails do not contain the 
correct mail header for Markdown. Instead, it looks like this:

> ----==_mimepart_65f94cb02be10_216a6c3b268320a7
> Content-Type: text/plain;
>  charset=UTF-8
> Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

It would be nice if one could force the display in MailMate to 
text/markdown for corresponding list IDs.
