[MlMt] Key binding selector for "Edit Tags"?

I think this is what you are looking for:

```
"t" = {
	"t" = "toggleTagsEditor:";
};
```

And that will likely only work if the key binding in the Tags settings 
pane has been changed/removed, but you obviously already did that.
