[MlMt] "Edit Mailbox" buttons are cramped

I see your complaint, now, Shoshana.
What I do here is set the screen (possibly it’s the default) for icon
display instead of text display, Hence I never saw this problem before.
The icons are not “cramped” in the Edit Rules window.
I do not know where the settings for the Edit Rules window might be, but
clearly there is a mode for display of icons or text and there may be a
further adjustment for adjusting the sizing. That might be a dev
question on that window. So I copied Benny with your query in case hew
has not seen. You comment to him directly at the feedback address.
Since it appears to be a long standing issue that might be an
appropriate direction to raise it. Not to mention the documentation
issue for user settings if available, as well.
