typical list of plists in Library/Application Support/MailMate/

> Mailboxes.plist
> Signatures.plist
> Sources.plist
> Submission.plist
> Tags.plist

It is best to do a clean new install of MailMate on the new computer and 
then quit MM and replace the plists in Application Support and 
Preference. After relaunching, MM should pick up the old config. I have 
recently used this approach to move from El Capitan to Monterey. What 
failed was copying the message database. I had to refetch all mails anew 
and that worked.
