[MlMt] Location of settings folder?

The Mac OS hides the ~/Library folder by default. To navigate to it, press the Option (Alt) key while you click to open the Finder's Go menu, and then select Library. Alternatively, in the Finder, click Go > Go to Folder, and then enter ~/Library. (The tilde is an OS placeholder for the current user's folder.)

The MailMate support files are in ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/.
