I'm slightly curious as to why you think you need fully-managed but
dedicated servers just for websites and e-mail. Dedicated servers are
normally for those of us who are happy to do at least some sysadmin
work, or who need special software installing. Even then, it's very
common to offload things like e-mail to external servers. E-mail isn't
very resource or storage intensive, but running mail servers does now
require fairly specialised knowledge and regular updates.
So, what do you need the dedicated servers for? Are you using
specialised software on the websites? And what are your total e-mail
storage requirements?
Finally, you must also consider that there **is** a minimum cost for
doing business. If you can't afford this then it might be time to get
out. Going with a provider just because they're cheap can quickly end up
being quite expensive.
