[MlMt] moving my mail from one server to another—will my IMAP mailboxes & their contents survive the move?

If it’s a cPanel to cPanel transfer, it should be pretty painless to you, and you also shouldn’t bounce any mail during the migration. Get someone with some experience to do the transfer for you.
