[MlMt] Junk folder gets messages when Sieve unchecked

Let’s first make sure that we are talking about the same junk folder.
You should see one for each of your IMAP accounts under Sources and also
one funder Mailboxes with submailbox for each of your IMAP accounts.
Which one are you referring to?
