[MlMt] Junk folder gets messages when Sieve unchecked

I have exactly one IMAP account: Fastmail.

Under Sources, I see Spam. I do not see Junk.

Under Mailboxes, I see Spam and Junk. Both of these are seen as Junk by MailMate when I look at their Type.
