[MlMt] Can't reply to or forward messages in Version 1.13.2 (5757)

Hi,

I can’t Reply to messages nor Forward them in Mailmate v5757. To:, 
 From: and Subject: headers are not visible and the composing window 
does not show a cursor, either.

This behavior appeared in the previous version, but I don’t remember 
the number. So upgrading to 5757 did not fix the issue.

Then, downgrading to Version 1.13.2 (5673) did fix it, so here I am now, 
using 5673.

Anyone having the same problem?
