[MlMt] Can't reply to or forward messages in Version 1.13.2 (5757)

Yes I have seen it in 5757.

I believe if you look closely to the left of the window you will see the 
slider separating the message pane and preview completely to the left. 
You can drag it to the right and recover functionality.

No exactly sure what is causing it but for me it was often by doing an 
“edit as a new message”.
