[MlMt] Hidden Hidden preference

Hi,

I have in the past used the hidden preference MmDefaultBccHeader as documented at https://manual.mailmate-app.com/hidden_preferences so that mails out from some addresses have an applied BCC.

Today I thought I ought to write down the changes I have made locally to MailMate because that is a good thing to do periodically.

So I did a ‘defaults read’ and got the following output

OSX $ defaults read com.freron.MailMate MmDefaultBccHeader
2021-08-04 12:58:37.935 defaults[88231:50635225]
The domain/default pair of (com.freron.MailMate, MmDefaultBccHeader) does not exist

and also nothing related to Bcc with the large output from a defaults read com.freron.MailMate command.

I know the BCCs are still there because I can see them when I create a new message.

Anyone got any idea where the preferences might have gone?!

This is with 5820 on OSX 10.14.6
