[MlMt] strikethrough

The common GitHub markdown notation for strikethrough is `~~` - however 
it may only render for others if they have an email program that renders 
(GitHub) markdown I assume? Which almost no-one has.

Mh, MailMate also neither renders the markdown or html preview for me:
