[MlMt] Don't include "source" in general search results

Since “all messages” is a special mailbox, I’d not try to change
it in any way. I’d created “almost all messages” smart mailbox
which uses “all messages” as source and subtracts messages in your
source-to-be-excluded. Then, you can use that mailbox as the source for
other smart mailboxes.
