There is a standard email header named "References" which contains the 
Message-IDs of the whole thread of messages prior to the current one. 
For example, your message had this header:

    References: <80A895BC-E4A2-4539-AB09-D2D7813BF76D at ucsd.edu>
       <0E252707-DDF5-4678-B521-A323A01FF6DB at billmail.scconsult.com>

The References header is not part of the default list, but you can add 
it by using the "Other..." command at the bottom of the pull-down for 
selecting a Condition's header.
