[MlMt] Trouble with junk mail

If that were happening to me, I would start checking with the mail 
provider.  I don’t have any local spam filtering running… it is all 
on the mail server’s end.

Maybe I completely misunderstand and MailMate is also filtering mail, 
but that’s not my understanding.
