[MlMt] Ugh - switched hosts and my mail is a mess

At a guess -- I haven't tried this -- you can use File | Import Messages 
-- it looks like it will take a directory tree of .eml files.

OTOH, since I'm the one who said "just click 'OK' to rebuild", maybe you 
shouldn't take my advice....
