[MlMt] Smart Folder Body Text filtering

I'm not having much luck using "Unquoted body text", "quoted body text",
"common headers or body" contains "X"

I'm trying to filter on some JIRA emails, splitting off "new" ticket emails
that have the word "created". I can't directly share since they are work
emails. These are multipart HTML emails; Content-Type: text/html;
charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

I found this related thread from 2015 that seems to be similar

Is this still broken? Any ideas? Thanks!
