[MlMt] allow to show sources above mailboxes ?

I do remember some dialog pop up during my "not so much connected" so 
that could might well be the case...but my jet lagged brain had no 
memory of that - hence my request to make it clearer to me :)

No, it worked perfectly! I did not send that much mail this time but did 
not see the usual dance of restarting/resending i normally have to do.

Since I use sub mailboxes a lot my mailboxes section is about a mile 
high - at least high enough so I never see Sources unless I scroll a 
lot.
