[MlMt] allow to show sources above mailboxes ?

It shouldn't happen without some explicit action such as cancelling a 
password or certificate requester. Let me know if you find a pattern to 
this behavior.

Off topic: Did you have any problems with emails not being sent when you 
got online? (I believe this bug might be fixed now.)

No, they cannot be reordered. My long term plan is to possibly merge 
MAILBOXES and SOURCES and this would allow any kind of ordering, but I'm 
not 100% sure about this yet.

It would definitely be beneficial if it was easier to get some kind of 
overview of the state of accounts/mailboxes. Note that SOURCES clearly 
indicates if something is offline if it's collapsed, but I guess that 
won't help you much if the MAILBOXES section is too large.
