[MlMt] determining whether Markdown is active

If I understand you correctly, Shoshanna, this is a KM question rather 
than a MailMate question: you should be able to use an "If Then Else" 
condition in your KM macro, and test for the condition "MailMate is at 
the front" or "MailMate is running."
