[MlMt] how to do images with markdown?

HI,

Trying to use ![](cid:myimage.png) as described at 
https://www.mail-archive.com/mailmate@lists.freron.com/msg03509.html
  but i'm not seeing Content-Id being added to images neither when 
dragn'dropping or pasting in.

What am I doing wrong ?
