[MlMt] How do I create a mailbox folder?

No, there isn't. Just one of those things which is regularly postponed 
:-)

The “Examples” mailbox is a smart mailbox with no settings and there 
is no other way to create such a mailbox (other than doing it manually 
in the `Mailboxes.plist` file).
