[MlMt] keeping sent mail with other mail

If you haven't tried yet then I recommend using the Layout > Threaded
which
I made (with great help from Benny) that automatically fetches and shows
all threads
for *any* message removing (IMO) needs for doing custom thread-id
lookups in the smart folders.
