[MlMt] Improved scrolling via keyboard?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to scroll the message by lines using a simple 
keybinding.  I use a variant of the gmail keybindings where j/k move 
between threads and n/p move between messages (even within a thread).  
It turns out I don't need both.  So I think I'd much rather use j/k to 
scroll the currently selected message by lines.

I've got keybindings already that allow me to focus the mailboxes tree 
(`g h`), the list of messages (`g g`), and the individual messages (`g 
m`), but it could improve my workflow if I could avoid using `g m` to 
focus the message pane and instead keep focus on the list of messages 
pane.

There are selectors `scrollPageDown:` and `scrollPageUp:` but 
`scrollLineDown:` and `scrollLineUp:` are missing.
