[MlMt] Folders, but no messages after clean install

Did you migrate (restoring MailMate files from a backup) or did you 
start from scratch?

Not sure where to start. Do you have any messages within subfolders of 
the following folder?

	~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Messages/IMAP/
