[MlMt] Folders, but no messages after clean install

Did not migrate. No messages in subfolders other than a few recent drafts of outgoing messages that did not appear to go anywhere. Still tinkering.
Could this be a security certificate issue? Not sure why that would matter when one client works while another does not. Trying to think…
