[MlMt] IMAP Server response: “D1 NO AUTHENTICATE failed.”

It actually does work if I click 'ok' all 4 times.  However, I think I'm
seeing the same problem in mail.app now, it just doesn't provide any
details as to the problem.  So, thank you for at least presenting the error
in the dialog box that pops up.  That's the kind of 'feature' that I
appreciate from Mailmate...information I can use.  What I do with that
information is another story, but at least you've made it available, so
thank you!
