[MlMt] eta on "less strict" or "proper" threading ?

Hey,

I love mailmate since it lets me reduce my mail load much more effective 
than any other mail client.

But I'm getting kinda tired of having to keep seeing multiple top-level 
messages for things other mail clients seem to be able to group into a 
thread just fine.

Notice how each black box could be reduced to one line making this 
folder much less "crowded" than it actually is.

As it is now I'm forced to spend time/energy on skipping/marking read 
the same thread multiple times ;/

Can't the mailmate machine do that so I can enjoy my tea instead ?
