[MlMt] S/MIME certificate installation

It will use any certificates that are already in your keychain.  So if
the certificate has been added to your keychain by another
application, it will work.

If you ever open Mail or (I think) Thunderbird, they will
automatically add all the certificates in your inbox to the keychain.
