[MlMt] S/MIME certificate installation

That is something I wonder as well. I haven't found a way to tell MM to accept certificates. However, sometimes I think MM automatically detects when it has received a certificate and allows to encrypt an email. But I don't understand when and why this happens. I would be glad if MM would be more transparent in how it handles S/Mime certificates.
