[MlMt] New Experimental Version r6028 released [flags]

Yep. Interesting sums it up nicely. I get flagged email from others 
(Outlook senders, Apple Mail senders) on my IMAP accounts. These do seem 
to show up in my MM and Apple Mail apps quite nicely.

MM generated flags on sent email show up on other apps as well as sent 
apps, though the color of the flag may not be the same as what was sent, 
probably because of what you point out as disparity in the IMAP 
designation/interpretation at the received site.

In addition a flag set on some received email is possible in both MM and 
Apple Mail. What use this would be is a mystery to me.
