[MlMt] Inline pasted image

On occasion I need to send an inline image. I used to copy the image, 
then paste it where I want it in the composition window. Or if the image 
is in a file, I could drag it into the spot where I want it. Now, this 
just produces a standard attachment rather than an inline image.
