[MlMt] Rebuilding search index for build 7032?

I updated to 7032 yesterday and I've noticed that searches have gone 
awry. Are there any indices that need rebuilding?

There is something I am missing.

The search widget is searching common headers or unquoted text and I'm 
searching the name part of an email and MM is returning only emails I 
have sent to that address, but not receiving from the address.

there are no conditions nor rules on the "All Messages" mailbox

Weird. I opened apple mail and I can search and see the received emails 
fine.

Any suggestions or guidance will be appreciated.
