[MlMt] Recognizing stylesheet.css

Hi all,

I'm new to MailMate and am using Version 2.0 (6290). I'm trying to 
implement custom styles by creating a `stylesheet.css` file in the 
folder `~/Library/Application\ 
Support/MailMate/Resources/MmMessagesWebView`.

However, as far as I can tell, the custom stylesheet is not being 
recognized: I don't see the right formatting in the Preview pane, and 
when showing HTML source, my custom CSS is not included.  In addition to 
my own stylesheet, I have tried using [this one by 
drewdeponte](https://github.com/drewdeponte/mailmate_stylesheets/blob/master/styles/github/stylesheet.css), 
so I don't think it's a problem with my file or CSS syntax.

I wonder if anyone has suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?  Any 
ideas would be appreciated!
