[MlMt] Gmail initial mailbox sync progress?

The initial sync of my Gmail account resulted in the IMAP connection being
throttled by Google (I understand this can happen with large accounts). How
do I tell from the activity viewer/logs how much progress MM has made? (How
do I know if the full sync is done and the source is just in a throttled
state until Goole lifts the restriction?) What log lines should I be
looking for?
