[MlMt] Option to enable/disable generation of HTML body part

The MailMate help says that there is a popup menu in the Composer that 
has an option to enable/disable the generation of the HTML body part. Is 
this the menu that contains "Plain text" and "Markdown"? When I select 
plain text, it seems that MailMate still generates HTML.
