[MlMt] Renaming smart mailboxes in the Mailbox rules editor doesn't work

I think I originally intended it to not be editable at all in this window which means being able to do it hitting enter is a bug. Editing mailbox names within the mailbox list has always been a bit error prone (for various reasons). It would make sense to allow it though including putting it in edit mode by default for new mailboxes.

I'll note to fix/change this some way.
