Marco,

Quite possible. Hence my suggestions about isolating your problem 
appearance, in some ways that are non-destructive. For instance 
attempting to recreate it on another machine, or log into another user 
appearance on the same computer, etc.

So, to determine if the condition you see points to a larger problem 
than just one app mis-behaving in a new way.

BTW, you could also try to downgrade the Test Build to a previous 
version if you haven’t done either of the above, just to be sure there 
is no interaction between the OS and the application. It sounded to me 
like you have done that to an extent but not sure of it from here.
