[MlMt] Gmail and "Delete Immediately"

This is a function of Gmail's IMAP behavior, not controlled by MailMate.
If you delete messages from the Inbox via IMAP, they remain in All Mail.
In order to get rid of it completely from MailMate, you can subscribe to
the All Mail folder for that account, then delete it from there.
